EXER 290 - Enhancing Health and Well-Being (3)
Students will develop knowledge of and skills pertaining to the eight dimensions of wellness. The eight dimensions of wellness included: environmental, financial, intellectual, mental, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual. Instruction will emphasize how these dimensions are interconnected and are the framework for health and well-being. Every Term Prerequisite(s): EXER 134 OR PE 185
