The design of this course is facilitation of practice with evidence based strategies that improve retention of new graduate nurses. The focus is career counseling, resume and portfolio development, the cover letter, behavioral based interviews, presentation skills and communicating value to employers.

Lecture SPRING. Prerequisite(s): All courses Junior Year and Senior Year.
