Addiction Studies Minor (AOE-DPS Students ONLY)

The Minor in Addiction Studies will provide students with the ability to understand the complex causes of addiction and AOD (Alcohol and Other Drug) disorder in America, and to empower students to provide effective, sensitive and culturally-appropriate support for treatment and recovery.

NOTE: The Addiction Studies Minor is coordinated effort between Campbell University’s Social Work department and the North Carolina Department of Public Safety. This minor is only offered to the student population in the NC Prison System (the Sampson Correctional Institution.) Students will complete this minor in conjunction with a designated bachelors degree chosen by the incarcerated student.”
