Degree Requirements


In addition to the requirements of the academic major, students must comply with the General Academic Regulations for Graduation  and Undergraduate Academic Policies .  As part of these policies, students must complete the General College Curriculum , which is based on the degree.

Major Requirements


Students will take  CHRS 202 - Old Testament Survey  to satisfy General College Curriculum  Christian Studies requirement. Students pursuing the Ministry and Youth Ministry must take CHRS 203 - Introduction to Biblical Interpretation  and all other tracks take PHIL 121 - Introduction to Philosophy  to satisfy three hours of the humanities requirement. Students will then be required to complete the following:

A departmental core of eighteen semester hours beyond the General College Curriculum, consisting of:

Three Semester Hours From Each of the Following Areas:
