Degree Requirements

In addition to the requirements of the academic major, students must comply with the General Academic Regulations for Graduation and Undergraduate Academic Policies . As part of these policies, students must complete the General College Curriculum , which is based on the degree.

Major Requirements

In addition to the General College Curriculum requirements, students pursuing a major in Studio Art must complete 48 semester hours in art, including the core art curriculum:

The Art Curriculum

The Department of Art offers a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in Studio Art and Graphic Design. Minors in Studio Art and Graphic Design are also offered.
