ELEC 480 - Artificial Intelligence (3)
A hands-on, interactive introduction to Artificial Intelligence. Students will get a basic introduction to the building blocks and components of artificial intelligence and concepts like gradient descent algorithm, linear and logistic regression, supervised and unsupervised machine learning, reinforcement learning, neural networks, deep learning, etc. Students also learn how to apply learning algorithms to building smart applications such as text understanding, computer vision, medical informatics, audio, database mining, and other areas. Spring semester at Main Campus Prerequisite(s): Grade of “C” or higher in ENGR 260 Corequisite(s): Grade of “C” or higher in ENGR 460
