Minor Requirements

Students who wish to pursue a minor in Finance must complete the following courses with a “C” average or better:

• FIN 410 - Financial Management (3)
• FIN 420 - Commercial Banking (3)
• FIN 430 - Investment and Security Analysis (3)
• FIN 440 - Portfolio Management (3)
• FIN 464 - Real Estate Finance (3)
• FIN 465 - Commercial Lending & Credit Analysis (3)
