This course focuses on developing a facility’s vision, core values, key characteristics, and mission and how to examine the business within those definitions. Students will apply those business plans to the merchandising operation and learn how to create and maintain a buying plan. Prerequisite(s): PGM 130 , PGM 140 and PGM 180
