Students will examine their leadership styles and their experiences as they take part in intense group problem-solving exercises. Students should develop self- awareness and insight into the interpersonal skills needed to be an effective leader. Guest speakers will also be utilized to discuss the type of leadership required for various types of business. Discussion, case studies, and student reports will be included. Prerequisite(s): Senior standing.
